Bank of America names officers

Bank of America, Charlotte, N.C., has named new executives in several area states.

Thomas W. Shirley has been named president in Oklahoma, adding duties to his recent appointment as commercial growth executive of Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle. Shirley replaces Roger Whaley, who recently left the bank. Donita Huddleston Thomas, who is team leader for commercial growth banking, will assume the additional role of senior banking executive in Oklahoma City. She succeeds Mark Smith, who is exploring other opportunities within the company.
